To the South of Sart City Center, these walnut orchards cover roughly around 300 thousand square meters of land. Two deepwater wells supply around 25 cubic meters of water per hour to the reservoirs. The reservoirs can hold 600 cubic meters of water.
The altitude is roughly 1200 meters and the climate is much cooler than the Aegean region. There is permanent snow cover between the months of December and April.
There are 8000 walnut saplings, planted in 2020 winter and when at peak production they will yield around 320 Metric Tonnes of Walnuts.
